Aberdeen Roughnecks looking to recruit talented coaches

The Roughnecks are looking to recruit talented coaches of all ability to help push the Aberdeen Roughnecks to the top of our division, and deeper into the playoffs, beginning in the 2018 Season.

Our aim is to structure coaching staff to help develop a talented pool of players in all positions. Experience of coaching and or playing is desirable, but not essential. Applicants should preferably hold a BAFCA Level 1 Coaching Qualification – the club will fund this course at the earliest opportunity for any successful applicants without it – and must be available from January (pre-season) through to late August (play-offs), both on Sundays and on at least one evening mid-week (exact day can be discussed on appointment).

The team is currently seeking:

  • Head Coach
  • Offensive Coordinator
  • Defensive Coordinator
  • Positional Coaches

To find out more about the available positions, or to make an application, please contact the Club Secretary, Alasdair Howe, at aberdeenroughnecks@outlook.com
