BAFA announces Strategy Consultation Event

Per the BAFA Website:

Members will have the opportunity to provide input to BAFA’s future direction on Saturday 22nd April 2017.

The British American Football Association (BAFA) is looking for input from you, the BAFA membership, as part of a strategy review to shape the long term goals of British American football.

BAFA is looking for expressions of interest from people that would like to contribute to this Strategy Consultation process. The Association will be holding a forum on Saturday 22nd April 2017 (venue to be confirmed), which will be led by an independent facilitator.

Expressions of interest should be emailed to by 5pm on Wednesday 1st March 2017, after which invites will go out with venue and timing details.

Key strategic themes for discussion are:

  • 1.     People;
  • 2.     Participation;
  • 3.     Performance;
  • 4.     Leadership & Governance;
  • 5.     Communication & Transparency;
  • 6.     Finance & Operations; and
  • 7.     Commercial & Marketing.
