BAFA Seek Applicants for Non-Executive Directors

The British American Football Association have announced that they are seeking applications for a number of Non-Executive Director roles, focusing in particular areas of need for the continued development of the sport.

Applications are invited for three vacant Non-Executive Director roles on the BAFA board.

To accommodate growth and change within our organisation, and following a review of the skills on our current board, BAFA is seeking Non-Executive Directors with backgrounds in the following areas:

  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Elite athlete, performance or national programme experience
  • Commercial experience within sports, specifically around sponsorship or grant writing
  • Player pathways and development
