#BritballLove | Mavericks Honour Passed Coach in game vs Essex

Image may contain: 2 peopleThe East Kent Mavericks honoured their former Coach, Ian White, in this past weekend’s win against the Essex Spartans.

Coach White was part of the Mavericks family, both figuratively and literally – coaching the East Kent Offensive Line, while his son played for the Mavs.

Following Coach White’s passing last year, his son, Colin White, has stepped out of retirement to play one last season for the Mavericks, in his late father’s memory.

On Sunday, Colin and the offensive line wore decals commemorating Ian’s life and contribution to Britball.
