The Crewe Railroaders are looking to appoint a number of additions to their coaching staff, following the appointment of their new Head Coach, Jason Smith. Following the appointment of Jason Smith as our Head Coach, a well known and highly respected figure in North West England Britball, we wish to take on coaches for the following roles as we look to develop the senior team for 2020 and beyond:

  • Offensive Coordinator
  • Defensive Backs Coach
  • Running Backs Coach

The squad has many enthusiastic players who are keen to develop as individuals and as a team, and under HC Jason Smith there is a great opportunity for you to start or develop your coaching career.

While previous coaching experience is not essential, applicants will be expected to either possess a BAFCA Level One qualification, or complete one prior to assuming their post.
