DC Presidents Announce Relocation

The Durham County Presidents have announced that they will be moving to a new facility – taking their ‘Whitehouse’ home stadium to Chester-le-street’s Riverside Sports Pavilion.

Per the DC Presidents’ Facebook page:

DC are delighted to announce that, as of the 29th September on DC’s Rookie Day, we will be moving to a new facility and also to a new training time. The Whitehouse will now be at Chester-le-street’s Riverside Sports Pavilion (DH3 3SH) situated directly next to Durham County Cricket Ground!!

The new facility gives the team access to a fully marked out 80 yard pitch with rugby posts, training area, changing and shower facilities, storage for training equipment, and more. The move has come from the team’s new partnership with ‘Club Durham’ which was organised earlier in the year by Vice Chairman Andy Goodfellow, since then the whole of the management team has been working hard alongside Riverside Sports Pavilion and Club Durham to guarantee a great deal. We look forward to working with both parties throughout our 2020 Associate campaign to improve the club and ensure that DC is at Riverside for many many years to come!

Special thanks go to Adam Bingham (club treasurer) for finalising the deal, and to John Walker (Club Durham) for his great support from the start.
