Essex Spartans announce preseason trip to face Demons in Denmark!

The Essex Spartans of the BAFA National Leagues SFC 2 East have announced they will be travelling to Denmark in March to take on the Amager Demons.

Per EssexSpartans.co.uk, the fixture has been arranged as a friendly pre-season fixture by Spartans Adult Head Coach, Sean Benton, and Demons’ Head Honcho, Dennis Svensson.

The game will take place on 24 March at the Demons’ home ground of Tårnby Stadion, also known as ‘Lucifer’s Backyard’. just outside Copenhagen.

The Demons compete in Denmark’s Nationalligaen, the top Danish league, and contributed three players to the Danish national team in 2016, so this is sure to be a challenging matchup for the Spartans!
