Essex Spartans seek Special Teams Coordinator and Positional Coaches

The Essex Spartans are recruiting – Positional Coach & Special Teams Co-Ordinator roles available.

The Essex Spartans are looking to add to our coaching team for the 2018 season and welcome applications from anyone who wishes to join a diverse, inclusive and progressive organisation which has a strong on and off field structure, excellent player retention, a young but experienced roster of players keen to learn and improve and a dedicated pro-active coaching team who have a strong commitment to player and coaching development. We have positional coaching positions on both Offence and Defence along with a Special Teams Coordinator role available.

Experience is preferred but is not a requirement, similarly a BAFCA level 1 qualification is preferred but not essential. If you do not hold a level 1 certificate the club will support you to obtain this qualification at the earliest available opportunity.

The team enjoyed a winning season the field in 2017 and aim to build on this in 2018 and beyond and we are keen to talk to anyone who is committed, self-motivated and passionate about coaching and developing players in a supportive and positive team environment.

For further information about positions available, expectations and responsibilities or to ask any questions you may have about coaching with the Essex Spartans please contact Head Coach Seán Benton via
