Furness Phantoms Looking to Add Coaches to Staff

Following earning themselves playoff football in 2018, the Furness Phantoms are looking to add to their coaching staff during the offseason:

After our most successful season, the Furness Phantoms are looking to add new coaches to their staff, with a view to the 2019 season.

The Phantoms adult contact team is looking to the 2019 season by building upon its existing coaching staff. We are looking for a new Head Coach to replace Coach Oakley who has decided to step down from the role, so someone with good experience or innovative ideas is needed to fill this position.

There are also opportunities to take on roles as Offensive Co-ordinator or to join as a positional coach.

Positional coaches are expected to have experience of the game but do not necessarily need previous experience coaching as our existing staff can help nurture your skills.

We will help you to develop as a coach, all you need to do is show the drive and ambition to take us to the next phase in our evolution.

The successful candidate(s) will need to hold at least a BAFCA Level 1 qualification prior to the start of the 2019 league season, the club will support costs for obtaining such qualifications if necessary.
