This year, users of the NFL’s Gamepass product have had to put up with a partially delivered product and a number of streaming issues each week.
This week has not been a good one for the developers, Deltatre, as it was discovered that their staff had been instructed to leave 5 star reviews for their own product.
Things looked like they couldn’t get worse, however, on Sunday even more users were affected than normal with Twitter exploding with complaints.
Whilst refunds are welcome, what Gamepass users really want is a working service. I will be keeping the pressure up on the developers to resolve the outstanding issues and continue to improve the product.
