GB Lions | Great Britain U19 open event sign up now available!

The British American Football Association are inviting players to attend an Under 19’s event in Coventry next month, in order to ‘demonstrate the level required to represent Great Britain now and in the future’.

The event will take place on September 15 2018,  with age restrictions as to who can attend. Registration for the event is via the BAFA Azolve system, so players currently not registered will need to register before signing up for the event.

 The British American Football Association U19 National Team is inviting players to attend an event in Coventry in order to demonstrate the level required to represent Great Britain now and in the future

GB U19 open event sign up is now available, hosted on the National Leagues registration system provided by Go! Membership.The event is designed to offer young players an opportunity to join currentplayers within the programme, demonstrate the skills required to represent GB now and in the future, and are open to all participants who meet the following criteria:

– Players must be aged 13 on or after 1 May 2018 and must be under 19 in 2018 (born 2000)
-A British Passport holder / citizen

How to sign up
Each event can be accessed by clicking on the appropriate link below. Players will be invited to login or set up a new profile when signing up for an event.

Existing members who are currently, or who have previously, registered for a National Leagues youth or junior team and/or already have a profile on the system should use their existing login details. Please DO NOT set up a new profile.

Participants who are not currently registered on the National Leagues registration system with a National Leagues club, nor have an existing profile – for example university or community league players who are age-eligible – will need to set up a new user profile as part of the event sign up process. Please note: only a basic profile sign-up is needed to register for an event. No affiliation to a club, payment of membership fees or upload of ID is required.

On successful completion of sign up for an event, players will receive a consent form. Participants aged under 18 MUST bring the completed consent form signed by a parent / guardian with them on the day of the event.

New events functionality
Event sign up is now available as a new function on the National Leagues registration system. All members with a profile on the system will now be able to see a new ‘events and courses’ tile when they log in and can view the details for currently available events. We hope to use this functionality to host future BAFA event sign ups in a simple, integrated and cost-effective way for our members.
