Jags Jam with Wideout Marqise Lee! Tuesday 17 Oct, 17:15!

The NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars are again hosting their weekly press conference, the Lycamobile Jaguars Jam, solely for a UK audience, this week with Wide Receiver Marqise Lee!

Every Wednesday a member of the Jaguars team will join the call to answer questions from UK media and fans, with the conference also streaming live from the Jaguars UK Facebook page. The Jaguars Jam is a first of its kind for any NFL team, with the Jags the only team to commit to answering questions solely from UK media and fans on a regular basis.

Tuesday, 17 October  – 5.15pm

  • In Sunday’s game against the Rams, the Jaguars returned to EverBank Field after three weeks away from Jacksonville and were defeated by the Los Angeles Rams, 27-17. The Jaguars are currently tied for first in the AFC South with a 3-3 record.
  • After rushing for a 90-yard TD on his final carry in Week 5 at Pittsburgh, and scoring on a 75-yard TD on his first carry in Week 6 vs. the Los Angeles Rams, Fournette became the first player in NFL history to score a 75-yard TD run on consecutive carries in a single season (according to ESPN Stats and Information).
  • The Jaguars defense registered three sacks – two by DE Calais Campbell and one by OLB Telvin Smith – increasing their season total to 23 sacks. The team’s 23 sacks are currently the most in the NFL and the most by the Jaguars through six games in franchise history.
