Keele Crusaders Head Coach Resigns, New HC Announced

The Keele Crusaders have announced the departure of Head Coach Nick Thompson. While no reason has been shared for the midseason departure, DC are aware that Coach Thompson resigned from his post.

However, in a supportive statement shared by the Crusaders on their Facebook page, Keele have thanked Coach Thompson for his efforts, and also moved quickly to ensure their coaching staff is reorganised ready for this weekend’s crucial fixture against the table-topping Manchester Tyrants.

Per the statement, former Defensive Coordinator and current player-coach, Nathe Owen, will be stepping up into the Head Coach role, following five years with the programme.
