London Blitz expanding their coaching staff

The London Blitz have long been one of the #BritballNation’s top programmes, boasting five Britbowl victories and ELEVEN straight Britbowl appearances.

This off-season the Blitz are looking to enhance their coaching staff with the goal of reclaiming their place upon the top of the Britball pedestal, after a fourth successive Britbowl loss to the London Warriors.

Along with their ever-contending Premiership team, the Blitz programme offers opportunities for coaches at other levels of the game – including Cadet (7-12), Youth (U17), Junior (U19), and the Blitz B development team (Division 2).

Want to get involved coaching American Football?

Based in Finsbury Park in North London, the London Blitz is one of the most experienced, successful and respected clubs in the UK. During the 2016 season the club reached the Britbowl final for the 11th consecutive season, four players were selected to represent high school and college programmes in the USA, and a number players earned international caps.

In order to surpass last season’s achievements, we’re looking for a number of dedicated individuals to join the club to help coach and improve our teams.

This is a unique opportunity to work with some of UK’s most talented players. In particular, with our B Team entering its third ever season, incoming coaches will have the chance to make a dramatic difference to this up-and-coming team.

Whether you’re an experienced coach or a beginner looking to get your coaching career off the ground, we want to hear from you.
