Opal Series 2018 | Tournament Two Results

The second weekend of the 2018 Opal Series and we appear to be seeing the strong getting strong in both the North and the South as two undefeated teams sit unrivalled atop each conference!

In the North the Pirates staked their claim on the top spot with big wins over the Nottingham outfits and Chorley, but most crucially clinched a 31-19 win over the 2017 Northern champs, the Sheffield Giants.

Meanwhile, in the South the perennial powerhouse that is the Coventry Cougars utterly dominated all that stood in their way, moving to 6-0 with three victories that boasted a combined scoreline of 265-0!!!
