Phoebe Schecter and Jim Messenger to Guest Coach at Nordic Girls Camp

The first ever Nordic American Football Camp for Girls has announced two guest coaches this past week – Britball’s busiest lady, Phoebe Schecter, and GB Lions Women Head Coach, Jim Messenger.

The camp is set to take place 9-11 March in Stockholm, Sweden, and will feature coaching from some of the top coaches from across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, alongside these two legends of the British game.

“The Nordic organizations of American football invite you and your friends to our first Nordic Girls Camp in Stockholm, Sweden, to learn football skills, games and tactics and gain new friends from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. We will have fun practices and we’ll talk about the future of the game – for you girls.

You can have played for years, or started recently – we’ll arrange the practice groups so that all will learn more and have fun. There will be coaches from all countries involved. Some of the practices will be in full equipment, so please ask your local teams to borrow gear, if you don’t have your own yet. The cost of the camp will be appx. 200€.”
