Railroaders announce New Head Coach – Jason Smith

The Crewe Railroaders have announced the appointment of their new senior team Head Coach following the resignation of Coach Nathan Owen at the end of the season so focus on playing commitments.

Per the Railroaders’ Facebook page:

Following the resignation of Nathan Owen, who has decided to step down as HC in order to focus on playing commitments. I am very pleased to announce that our own Jason Smith has been appointed as our Head Coach for the Senior team.

Jason is someone with a wealth of UK American Football experience, including previously holding DC, OC and HC roles at various North West clubs following his playing career at Merseyside Nighthawks.He has made a positive impact on our team during the last 12 months, and especially in the last 2 weeks as Interim HC, and we look forward to him continuing to develop our coaches and players.
