Rams Looking to Add to Coaching Roster

The UCLan Rams are looking to add to their coaching roster ahead of BUCS 2019/20 seeking applications and expressions of interest for a Special Teams Coordinator, and a number of positional coaching roles.

Following playoff football once more in 18/19, the Rams are looking to continue being a contender in the highly-talented Yorks/Lancs conference by rounding out an already talented coaching staff!

The Rams are currently looking to recruit:

Special Teams Coordinator

The ideal candidate for the special teams coordinator role will have previous experience in a similar position as well as a Level One BAFCA qualification. They will be able to bring across the importance of special teams, motivate and develop players to perform well.

  • Required: BAFCA Level One Qualification, Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ideal: BAFCA Level Two Qualification, experienced STC with an established playbook.
Positional Coaches & Coaching Assistants

The ideal candidates for the positional roles will hold a Level One BAFCA qualification or are in the process of obtaining one. They will know their position and want to share their knowledge with other players.

  • Required: BAFCA Level One Qualification, or be willing to complete one prior to assuming their role.
  • Ideal: All levels of experience will be considered, but previous experience coaching and/or playing would be preferred.
