Team and member registration for the 2018-2019 season is now open for all National Leagues teams.
National leagues registration is now open for 2018-2019, with membership running from the period 1 October 2018 until 30 September 2019 for all players, coaches and staff.* The 2018-2019 transfer window is also now open and players, coaches and staff may submit a request to transfer to another team via the National Leagues registration system. The transfer window will close again on Tuesday 2 July 2019.
System improvements and changes
There are no major changes this year but following feedback we have made the following enhancements to make registering for the first time and renewing membership even easier.
Only one form for ID is now required – this should be either a passport, drivers license or birth certificate.
Equality questions have been removed
You can find a full list of fees here. There is an increase to the Adult Flag team fee, the Sapphire player fee has increased slightly, and the Opal player fee has been reduced. All other fees remain unchanged.
Team registration date – 1 November 2018
The team registration cut-off date for National Leagues adult, flag, youth, cadet and junior teams this year has been changed. If you want your team included in the scheduling process for league football you MUST register your team by 1 November 2018.
This is to allow us to meet the expectation of clubs to deliver a schedule for the 2019 season before Christmas this year.

Club management responsibilities
It’s the responsibility of club management to make sure that ALL returning players and coaches complete their National Leagues registration. This should be done before returning to practice to make sure insurance is in place throughout pre-season. Uninsured returning players and coaches should not be allowed to participate. All players new to the sport have three trial sessions, after which they must also register. Guidance on managing pre-season trials is also available on the Rules and Regulations page.
Please note – failure to follow the correct registration process may result in individual or club penalties.
