UK American Football Live Announce 2019 Stream Schedule So Far

Founded in 2018, UK American Football Live (UKAFL) have announced their current schedule of BAFA National League games they will be streaming this summer – a stacked package of fixtures from across the Britball Nation!

The current schedule of broadcasts totals twelve live-streamed regular season fixtures, which kicked off with a couple of hard-fought contests featuring the Leicester Falcons and Northumberland Vikings back in Weeks One and Two respectively.

Though the bulk of the broadcasts will feature these two teams whose live-streamed fixtures were the precursor to UKAFL, the goal of the outlet is to continually grow their offering of fixtures to show off as much of the awesome football going on as is possible, year on year.

With aspirations to broadcast as many postseason games as possible, along with room for yet more fixtures to be added to the schedule if there are programmes eager to put their football out there to an online audience, 2019 should see Britball become as accessible as its ever been to those who have an interest in the UK game!

UKAFL Live-Stream Schedule 2019:

14 April | Leicester Falcons vs Sheffield Giants with Onside Productions

21 April | Northumberland Vikings vs Glasgow Tigers with Vikings TV

28 April | Leicester Falcons vs Merseyside Nighthawks with Onside Productions

28 July | Northumberland Vikings vs Aberdeen Roughnecks with Vikings TV

Programmes interested in broadcasting their own fixtures should contact UKAFL at info@UKAFL.com with details of the fixtures they would like live-streamed.

Alongside the full Falcons’ Premiership North home schedule, and the Vikings’ NFC 1 North games played out of Druid Park, highlights of this season’s broadcasts so far include:

23 June – Double Header Broadcast | Falcons v Phoenix | Rams v Pirates

Two of the favourites for the Northern title will kick off the day’s balling at 1300 as the Leicester Falcons look to really shake things up in the Premiership North, hosting reigning Northern champs the Tamworth Phoenix.

Following this with a 1600 kick off, the Yorkshire Academy Rams take on the East Kilbride Pirates, with the Rams hungry to earn the programme’s first ever win against Scotland’s powerhouse football programme!  The game will also be a Charity event, raising funds and awareness for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), in memory of Rob Worboys who played for both the Rams and Pirates during his Britball Career.

30 June  – Armed Forces Day Charity Event | Cheetahs vs Thunder

Hoisting their first championship in club history in 2018, the Hertfordshire Cheetahs are clearly a programme on the rise, with their U19s outfit also making a debut finals appearance last summer.

Looking to give something back to their ever-supportive community, this year the Cheetahs will be hosting an action-packed day of American Football in honour of Armed Forces Day. Featuring a double-header of Under 19s and Adult action, Vikings TV will be making the trip south to help the Cheetahs share the great work they’re doing and broadcast what’s expected to be a corker of a fixture against the Sussex Thunder!
