Following the appointment of Simon Hatcher as the Head Coach of University of Hertfordshire Hurricanes American Football, Coach Hatcher is looking for staff to help during the 2017/18 season and beyond.

A full list of positions that are open has not been finalised yet, but if anyone has an interest in anything from Coach, Assistant, Manager or SWAG coordinator, feel free to contact Coach Hatcher informally or formally to discuss a role you may be interested in.

The roles are voluntary, but the team tries to help where it can with uniforms, and other benefits.

If required we take an active role in helping your professional development. Two staff members spent time observing in USA this Spring, one is returning as Assistant DB Coach at Kenyon College for the USA season.
The team is considered a performance team by the University Athletic union, so we train on Tuesday and Thursday evening (additionally classroom on Tuesday), and Sunday when there is no game. The players also have S&C sessions through the week (managed by AU staff), and access to physiotherapy.

Competing in the BUCS Premier Division, the team has a long history of success, and intends to continue this success.

If you have an interest please contact Simon Hatcher simondhatcher@gmail.com tel: 07966 018088 https://twitter.com/Simon_Hatcher so we can arrange a meeting.
