Wave Goodbye to the Tsunami, Hello to the Brighton Panthers

In line with the trend of many Uniball teams increasing their ties with their parent institution, the Brighton Tsunami have announced this week that they will be joining the University of Brighton’s Panthers programme.

The Tsunami have a proud 14 year history that has included conference championships and even a stint in the top tier of the sport – with the move closer to their parent institution the first step on the road to returning to competing at the highest level of the Uniball game.

As part of the send off to the Tsunami moniker, the club will be holding a charity flag football tournament on 22 July.

DC will keep you posted on any further news on the charity tourney, and hope the Britball Nation join us in waving cheerio to the Tsunami and welcoming the Panthers to the British American Football community!
