As they continue to work towards their goal of upgrading American Football Coaching in the UK, and providing a robust education, qualification and auditing system for their members, the British American Football Coaches Association have shared that for the next six months they will be issuing replacement/unreceived Qualification Certificates free of charge for the next six months, in digital (.PDF) format.
The hope is that this will allow all members to correctly upload their qualifications to their BAFCA registration profile ahead of the 1 January 2019 deadline.
All members who recently purchased a replacement certificate at the previously stated price of £5.50 have had their payments refunded via PayPal.
Those wishing to request a replacement Qualification Certificate will need to complete the Google Form located at https://goo.gl/forms/miIM2qfe64ox7US32, and await confirmation of their qualifications from the BAFCA Database, before digitally confirming the receipt of their certificate(s) via Adobe Sign.
In a statement shared via their Facebook page:
Over the last few days BAFCA have been working hard behind the scenes trying to rectify the situation relating to replacement certificates and those certificates that were never issued. The extent of the issue was way beyond the current boards knowledge.
Therefore, BAFCA will be providing new PDF certificates FREE OF CHARGE for the next 6 months, to those members that have never received a certificate or require a replacement.
Replacement or non issued certificates will be sent to members that require them once the Google Form linked below has been completed and qualification status confirmed on the BAFCA Qualification Database.
Certificates will be sent out via Abode Sign and members will need to sign electronically to confirm receipt of their certificate. Every certificate has a unique QR code personalised to that member.
The first batch of certificates have been sent out tonight to those 45 members who completed the google form first. A large majority of these members had also paid the £5.50 replacement fee. This has been refunded via PayPal.
