Winchester Silverbacks Seeking Coaches as they Build to BUCS Debut
The University of Winchester Silverbacks are a new University programme, building towards entry in the BUCS leagues. Boasting a sizeable roster, the team are looking to recruit a coaching staff as they ready themselves for league entry.
The Winchester Silverbacks are looking to fill the roles of:
- Head Coach
- Offensive Coordinator
- Defensive Coordinator
We are a university team currently in our second season playing fully padded with a 49-man roster.
We’ve got a very skilled young core of second and first years to develop along with an experienced graduating class.
We’re yet to enter into BUCS competition but organise exhibitions and scrimmages with BUCS teams.
We train on Wednesdays and Saturdays and would ideally like the candidates to be available for both sessions.
We are pushing hard to enter BUCS and hope that the correct additions to the coaching staff will achieve this.
