BUCS Sports Advisory Group Chair Role Still Vacant

British University and College Sport have re-advertised the vacancy for the Chair of the American Football Sports Advisory group following no applications for the role.

The role was initially vacated by former University of Nottingham Head Coach Phil Wood towards the end of last season, amid significant dissatisfaction from both the community and the SAG itself at BUCS’ handling of both unreported scores and weather-caused postponements at the end of last season, where certain teams missed out on postseason action they’d earned on the field, and a large number of playoff games went unplayed.
